In June 2016, all UK citizens still get 15-day Vietnam visa exemption. This policy will expire on July 1, 2016. At the moment, whether it is extended or not is not sure as the Vietnamese government is working on proposal on its extension.

UK citizens who do not benefit from this policy or who wish to obtain a visa for their trip to Vietnam can obtain a Vietnam visa in either of the two following ways:

  1. Apply for visa at Vietnam embassy in UK; OR
  2. Apply for Vietnam visa on arrival.
