Danang – the central city of Vietnam has launched its second center which offers free tourism information at the Danang International Airport’s national arrival station. Total investment in the center was VND200 million (US$9,500).
Deputy director of the city’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Tran Chi Cuong, said that in July the city would open two new flights from Danang to Japan and to Hong Kong so that the volume of foreign visitors would increase.
With the new tourism information center, visitors can receive a free map, brochures and information on hotels and tour operators. The first center was opened at the domestic arrival station at the beginning of last year.
