Vietnam visa requirements for Indian citizen

I am Indian citizen currently living in UK. Do I need to apply visa to Vietnam embassy here or I can get visa on arrival? Would really appreciate your help.

We are UK citizens and have been recently informed that we do not need visas if we are staying for no more than 15 days. Cave Festival takes place in Quang Binh

According to the Quang Binh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Cave Festival will be held from August 14th to 20th and feature a wide range of exciting activities, including explore the 4.5km long Phong Nha Cave or the 6kmn long Dark Cave, together with boat racing on the Chay River.
